500 Ocean is truly a great value and sells out quickly. We provide luxury level setting in a Coconut Palm Paradise for a great fishing, diving or relaxing family value vacation in Marathon Key Florida. This place is really a Coconut Palm paradise, it is like living in a Palm Tree house with all the palms and veranda and full length house waterfront balcony. Unexpected extras are what we offer, like mountain bikes, relaxing rocking chairs, hammock, Bar-B-Que, and a fantastic dock just four houses from the Atlantic Ocean. We call it Instant Ocean Access. We had a very busy sell out last year, and we are booking up fast for this year. We have a few precious weeks still available. We recommend you contact us as early as possible when booking a reservation to help ensure you get the time period you want. We usually sell out quickly especially in the Winter and Summer Season. We are fully licensed and inspected by the State, County and the City. We legally rent Weekly or Monthly at any time of the year here on the friendly Island City of Marathon.

Our rates range by the season and length of stay. Our rates vary with the seasonal demand from $1195 per week, to $1650 per week at the very peaks near Christmas and Lobster Season Opening. We also offer Monthly rates from $2900 to $4900 per month in the Winter, Spring and Fall. Extra discounts are also available for multiple-month reservations and multiple-week stays. The fantastic Instant-Ocean 75 foot private dock is included Free in your stay, along with two mountain bikes for your exclusive use. Also Free is fantastic accommodations, BBQ, Hammock, Rockers, Full Kitchen, Full Washer & Dryer, Flat Screens everywhere, and bait and booty Freezer, nice Fish Table and unlimited High Speed Wireless Secure Broadband Internet. There is also great piece of mind we follow the highest hospital trained cleaning regimen and our pet exclusions provide a dog free clean environment. The only thing you will smell at 500 Ocean is the coconut blossoms and the ocean breeze.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Coconut (the owner) a message.

If Coconut (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
