Enjoy a private island paradise located at MM50. East Sister Rock Island is 1/4 of a mile off the Atlantic Shores off the City of Marathon in the Florida Keys. On the private island sits a dream come true getaway home with 5000 sq.ft of living area which includes a 2700 sq.ft. covered veranda, boat dock(Fishermen's dream), helicopter pad and many more surprises.

The house has 3 bedrooms and two baths with 19 sliding glass doors that offers the best views and ocean breeze from every part of the house. The island is only a three minute boat ride from the mainland dock and parking. Marathon has numerous shopping centers, fine and casual dining with never a need to dress up.

    How do damage deposits work?
