Peaceful holiday retreat with the most incredible vistas of the Aegean coast line and the islands. Offers the best of both worlds, close to everything Athens has to offer and still away from the bustle of the city. Stargazer villa is built on the top of the hill, with incredible 360 degree views of the Aegean, the coast line and the mountains! The entire villa has 550 sq m of living space in addition to over 350 sq m of balconies and porticos. At the back of the villa, the terrain is left natural with wild vegetation and marble rocks. Exceptional architecture, open spaces, light, large windows, sliding glass doors, and views.

Tastefully furnished through out with comfortable couches, recliners, large overstuffed arm chairs, huge dinning room set, top of the line bedding (pillow top) in all bedrooms. All verandas fully furnished with comfortable out door furniture. All the comforts of home, air-conditioning, central heating, WiFi Internet access (hi speed fiber), washer and custom made gas fireplace, video games, movies, books, flat panel TVs, and more..

The top two floors of the villa are the Penthouse, with over 350 sq m of living space, 4 private entrances and 6 verandas, a large private back yard with gas BBQ grill..

Located on the main floor are, the "media" room which doubles for a bedroom with comfortable convertible couch. The sunken great room with the two story atrium, accommodation for 12 guests at the dinning room set and sitting arrangements for over 20 guests, draped by huge windows and sliding glass doors, custom fireplace and art through out, huge verandas. Custom made kitchen, dinette, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower only), a luxurious WC off the hallway.

The top floor has 3 bedrooms, two baths and the washroom. Master suite, private sitting room, luxury bathroom, king size bed. Guest bedroom, queen size bed. Guest bedroom, two extra long single beds (can be assembled as king size bed). All bedrooms have private furnished verandas. Shared bathroom, tiles with custom design. Large washroom, with washer and dryer.

The lower ground floor Guest house, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and fully stocked kitchen, can be made available upon request. Priced separately. We never rent to two different groups.Whole villa provides 6/7 bedrooms, loft with two single beds and 5 1/5 baths and can easily accommodate 14-16 guests. We stay in this part of the villa when in the country. Else, the property manager is available 24x7.

The solar powered and heated lap pool is private with great views.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Despina (the owner) a message.

If Despina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
