This stunning 5-bedroom villa (all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms),with panoramic pool and private paddel-tennis court, is located in the exclusive residential area of Artola Baja, only 10 minutes by car from the heart of Marbella and just 200 meters away from the best beach in the area.

The 600-m2 villa stands on a 2,000-m2 plot, built and decorated to first-class specifications, using exquisite materials: authentic travertine marble throughout the house, under-floor heating, wide open spaces and high ceilings make this villa a truly unique jewel.

The accommodation (for up to 11 people) is arranged as follows:

• Two twin bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each) on the ground floor
• Three bedrooms on the first floor, comprising a spectacular king-size double bedroom with an additional sofa-bed (ideal for a child) and two twin rooms (with 2 single beds in each)

The villa is uniquely designed to enjoy its interior as much as its outside spaces: several terraces (some of them are covered), balconies, a mature and extensive garden area to sunbathe (including sun-beds), large panoramic pool and a private paddel-tennis court will make it difficult for you to leave your private paradise during your vacation.

If you do decide to explore whilst staying at the villa, here's tips: the best sand dune beach in la Costa del Sol (part of a stunning protected natural area) is just 200 meters from your door.

The prestigious golf courses within a 6-mile radius from the villa include: Miraflores Golf, Cabopino Golf, Santa María Golf, Santa Clara Golf, Río Real Golf and Marbella Club Golf. We really liked the house with the pool and the paddle court. Place for all ages! Good sitting area outside and nice table for dinners close to the grill! I would definitely recommend this house!

Why can't I call Rocio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rocio (the owner) a message.

If Rocio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
