We have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of our properties and for your added peace of mind we are incorporating an even more intense cleaning regime & sanitization process. As always we will maintain our properties at the highest level.

= ACCOMMODATION is cleaned THOROUGHLY and then DISINFECTED, including electrical switches, door knobs/handles, remote controls, cabinet handles, condiments, appliances, faucet handles, back of chairs etc...

=We will now include hand sanitizer, paper towels and pack of hand wipes in all accommodation.

=All towels and bedding are washed on the highest possible heat with washing detergent.

VILLA DESCRIPTION:

This villa is simply stunning. Located in one of the most sort after areas of the Costa del Sol, this San Pedro de Alcantara beachside villa is perfect for families and couples looking to be close to the beach, all amenities and to enjoy the peaceful/quiet neighbourhood whilst relaxing during your holiday.

This luxury villa consists of 3 spacious bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite off the master bedroom. The villa also boasts a spacious, light and airy lounge and dining area where you can enjoy UK and other international TV channels and high speed internet. The lounge leads onto a fabulous garden, south facing so you have sun all day to enjoy the comfy terrace seating, or the sun loungers available whilst sitting in paradise.

(Jacuzzi is available for use at a surcharge of 10.00 Euros per night and only available in the months of October-March)

In the evening sit under the stars and enjoy a BBQ and glass of wine. This peaceful, beautifully located villa also comes with full air conditioning for those summer days and nights and also heating for the winter months. The villa includes towels, beach towels and a safe.

The San Pedro beachfront is only a short walk from the villa (500 meters) where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants and bars in Spain sampling delicious tapas and seafood. The town of San Pedro de Alcantara is also just a short walk away to experience some of the local culture. A car is not necessary at this fabulous villa.

We will include a complimentary welcome pack with every booking.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
