A very well furnished spacious light apartment on the 7th floor facing south east, mountain and sea views in

the centre of Marbella, everything within walking distance.

A fast fiber optic internet connection and English / International television

It has 3 bedrooms one ensuite with queen size bed and walk in large shower

The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room, the all have wardrobes and plenty of cupboard space.They all have air/con. and central

All rooms have windows to balcony ,lounge and ensuite also have patio doors

Parque Marbella is on two avenues, my apartment is by the side of the park

which has a kids playground and summer theatre and shady walks where one can sit on the numerous benches and admire the well kept gardens and trees some over 100 years old, there is also a cafeteria . Just 75 metres away is the promenade with various restaurants coffee bars and shops.

On the many beaches sunbeds are available for a modest all day hire.

There will always be myself or family on hand should you need advice or help for anything which may crop up. There are so many restaurants all within walking distance, a Supermarket and underground parking just across the road, a Taxi Stand on the other side of the street. The apartments have 2 large pools and a childrens pool, there is a well kept park next door with a childs playground equipped´with swings roundabouts etc. Not forgetting the front/beach a 5minute walk. During your stay I or my daughter will be available when needed .

It is a residential quiet well maintained apartment complex with 7
entrances and lifts to all apartments. Appropriate behaviour and respect
for other tenants is required . There are 3 pools, one for young children
and rowdy behaviour will attract the attention of the porters on duty..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send George (the owner) a message.

If George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
