In the direct area you find a supermarket, some restaurants, a bakery, a pay & play paddle/tennis court, a beauty salon & hairdresser and a playground for small children. Along the beach, both towards west and east you find a variety of restaurants, beach clubs and typical Spanish chiringuitos.

Marbella Golf & Country club and Santa Clara Golf are within a distance of 2 km.

The villa is facing south west and at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac road. It comprises a two floor contemporary style building with various lounge areas on the ground floor and four spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

From the grand environmental combination of living with a biofuel burner ‘fire place’, dining and kitchen, there is direct access through large sliding doors to a covered terrace with lounge area, dining area for 8 (+2) and large gas BBQ. From this 70m2 terrace area a staircase of 10 steps down guides you to the pool area with big pool of 11 * 3.75 m with depth from 0.50 to 2.50 m. There are 10 sun lounges available at the property.

The kitchen has a build in coffee machine and American fridge/freezer and all necessary equipment. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located alongside the kitchen.

The first floor of the villa comprises all 4 bedrooms and a ‘gaming’ area.

1. The impressive master bedroom has a double bed with imposing views from the private terrace of 40 m2 with lounge set and 2 sunbeds. The en-suite and spacious bathroom has bath tub, shower, 2 independent sinks a toilet and bidet.

2. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom have a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, bath tub and sink and give direct access to a shared terrace.

3. The 4th bedroom is located towards north and has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath tub, toilet and sink.

Moving to the top level of the villa you are completely blown away by the grandiose views and will experience the ‘on top of the world’ state of mind. Absolutely majestic!!

This impressive roof terrace of 90 m2 provides a covered dining area for 10 persons. This area is equipped with a big gas BBQ and refrigerator. You will enjoy Marbella with its dramatic mountain range backdrop or Gibraltar and Africa in the distance on a clear day…and last but not least an imposing picture of nature and tranquility… the Mediterranean Sea.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
