LOCATION

LE CASE
Le case in locazione sono tre, separate o riunibili :
1) Casa signorile del 1700, con affreschi risalenti all'epoca ed arredamento di stile classico/antico, situata nel paese di Poggio, a 350 metri d'altezza, in mezzo ad un favoloso bosco di castagni. La casa è di 80 mq e comprende living room con angolo cucina, 2 stanze con letti matrimoniali, divano con 2 letti supplementari, bagno con doccia. E' situata sulla piazza principale del paese, con una strepitosa veduta sull'isola, sul mare e sul continente per oltre 80 km di orizzonte. Diverse spiagge e località marine accessibili in 10 minuti.
Bar per colazione e ristorante 1 stella Michelin sulla piazza sottostante, a 20 metri.
2)Altra casa attigua su torretta del 1500, con arredamento di stile classico, 60 mq, patio-living con tavolo da pranzo e finestrone panoramico sulla piazza del paese e sul mare, cucina, 1 stanza con letto matrimoniale, 4 letti singoli supplementari, bagno con doccia
La casa è collegabile con la precedente (n. 1) attraverso porta in comune.
3) Casa signorile del 1700 con elegante arredamento classico, situata nel paese di Marciana, a 2 km da Poggio, a 375 metri d'altezza, affacciata sul Monte Capanne (m. 1.019) e sul bosco di castagni che lo ricopre. La casa è di 90 mq e comprende living room con cucina separata, 2 stanze con letti matrimoniali, 1 stanza con 2 letti a castello, divano con 2 letti supplementari, bagno con doppio lavandino e doccia, ripostiglio.
THE HOMES
Three single homes are available, apart or joned:
1) Distinguished home dating back to 1,700, with frescoes of the age and classic furniture, in Poggio village at 350 metres above sea level, in the middle of a fabulous chestnut tree wood. This 80 sm home includes a living room with kitchen corner and bed sofa, 2 double bed rooms, bathroom with shower. It is located on the village main square, with a sensational view on the island through the continent for more than 80 kms. Various beaches and shores within a 10 minutes drive.
Bar for breakfast and the best restaurant of the island (1 Michelin star) on the square below.
2) Contiguous home on a turret dating back to 1,500, with classic furniture, 60 sm, patio-living with dining table and panoramic window on the village square and the same view as above, 1 double bed room, 4 single beds, bathroom with shower.
The home can be connected to the previous n. 1 through a door.
3) Distinguished home in Marciana, 2 kms from Poggio at 375 metres above sl, again dating back to 1700, with elegant classic furniture, facing Monte Capanne (1.019 m. above sl) and on the chestnut tree wood that stretches on it. 90 sm, living room with separate kitchen and bed sofa, 2 double bed rooms, 1 twin bed room, bathroom with double wash-basin and shower.
SPORT & ENTERTAINMENT
Il suo bellissimo mare trasparente e la particolare configurazione montagnosa dell'Isola d'Elba la rendono famosa per la pratica di sport come pesca, snorkeling, sub, trekking, mountain bike. A ciò si può aggiungere tennis e golf, rilassanti passeggiate nei boschi ed in montagna, escursioni nelle altre isole dell'arcipelago toscano ed in Corsica.
Di particolare interesse storico, la visita ai luoghi dove soggiornò Napoleone durante il suo esilio all'Elba.

Additionally, you can play tennis and golf or relax with regenerating walks in the wood or in the mountain, excursions to the other islands of the Tuscan archipelago or to Corsica.
Particular historical interest is offered by a visit to the places where Napoleon sojourned during his Elban exile.
