In the lovely village of Maria de la Salut, this beautiful and modern house is willing to make the stay for 2 guests great.

This house has been completely restores in a quite modern style. It has just one floor as well as marvellous and stylish furnished terrace where you will disconnect and relax after the lung tour days in the island. It invites to have dinner at night under the starry sky together with a good bottle of wine and lie down at the chill out area while having fun with your loved ones till late. Despite this is a town house, privacy is total because there are not direct neighbours; just an old factory of natural products currently closed.

Behind a large sliding glass door you will access the kitchen directly, the dream of every amateur cook. It has a ceramic hob, air-conditioning, and space to sit and have an appetiser while cooking your best recipes. The living room, also with AC, which opens to the dining table, comes with a comfortable chaise longue sofa to watch an interesting film on the satellite TV or read for a while, if you find some interesting book on the shelf. The bedroom has a double bed, closet and space for a cot and a high chair and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is a second shower bathroom, where you will also find the washer and the dryer as well as the iron and the ironing board, located outside. We can provide a fan and toe radiators, in case need them.

María de la Salut, located in the area of el Pla de Mallorca, is a quiet little village with all types of restaurants and also some grocery shops. The landscape turns green and flowery in Spring. Every Wednesday, the most ancient and traditional street market in the island takes place in Sineu, and you are invited to visit it. A car is necessary, specially if you want to visit our dreamy beaches like the large sandy beach with crystalline waters of Can Picafort or Playas de Muro.

At the turn of the street, there is a garage with capacity for 2 cars.
