Villa Sea Breeze is an exclusive property located in Nerano, a typical fishermen village, a slice of heaven, situated at the end of the Sorrento peninsula, in the area of Massa Lubrense, just 1 km from the beach of Marina del Cantone (pebbles beach), where is the best fish restaurant of the area.
Nerano is one of the most beautiful places of the Amalfi Coast, rich of beaches and well known for its pristine sea and its underwater caves, which attract diving enthusiasts, but also all those people who love trekking thanks to the various paths that lead to the marine reserve of Punta Campanella.
Furthermore, Nerano is also well known for its cuisine. Local dishes of fresh fish and typical dishes of Mediterranean tradition are served, a special mention goes to the most famous typical local dish: spaghetti with zucchini.
In detail the villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a large panoramic terrace where you can lounge, or have a drink enjoying the beautiful sunset. The terrace is partly shaded by a porch and it is equipped with table and chairs.
The property develops on 3 levels:
Ground Floor:
That can be reached through a ramp of 24 stairs. It is equipped with a nice lounge and dining room, a small kitchen area, 1 main bedroom and the biggest bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. There is also an outside terrace overlooking the sea with a sitting area and the possibility of an extra double sofa bed.
First floor:
A ramp of 17 stairs leads you from the ground to the first floor where you find an amazing dining room with a big terrace facing the bay and a well-equipped kitchen that provides everything you need. Furthermore you'll find an in house laundry with washing machine and dryer and a small bathroom with shower.
From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden where there is the barbeque.
Second floor:
A ramp of 15 stairs leads to the second floor (sleeping area) where you will find 3 bedrooms.
Two matrimonial bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and the third bedroom furnished with a French bed. A bathroom (with shower) can be reached through the corridor. The main room has a private terrace with an amazing view of Li Galli Island.
All bedrooms and lounge area are equipped with satellite TV and sky service; free Wi-Fi connection in all rooms while all bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
In the villa there is also an external swimming pool (7 x 4 meters) immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation and a solarium. The pool area is equipped with chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas. Near the pool there is a shaded gazebo with tables and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the summer breeze during the hottest hours.

Rental rules
A cash refundable deposit of 1000 Euros is required upon arrival and it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.
Check-In time is from 15:00 Checkout time is by 10:00 AM
the weekly rental prices include: electricity, air-conditioning, daily cleaning (3 hours a day excluding Sundays).
If clients stay at least 7 nights, I will offer a small welcome buffet with a bottle of local wine and Prosecco.
For a 2 week stay is included a meal along with 12 bottles of local white wine and 12 bottles of red wine.
Excluded in the rental price:
The price is for 8 persons. 2 more persons can be add on the sofa bed at the extra cost of € 70 per person per day.
Tourist tax (€ 2,00 per adult per day for a maximum of 5 days)

Penthouse Acuario is part of a very luxurious condo located in Marina Botafoc, only 2 minutes drive to Ibiza downtown, or to the famous clubs “Pacha", “Heart” and the best restaurants such as “Cipriani” and “Lio” etc… It is situated in front of the luxury yacht Port of Ibiza, only 1 block from Talamanca beach and the famous “Harbor club” and Sa Punta. The airport is just 10 minutes drive away.
In this private residential complex there are a 2 community pools, a parking spot for 1 car, elevator and electric gate.
This penthouse consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate 8 people with the possibility to place 10 people with previous request. It has a fully equipped kitchen and two terraces, one of them is on the rooftop and it is 200 m2. It is equipped with sun chairs, sun beds and there you will have the opportunity to sun bathe or chill out, while enjoying the beautiful view of the port, the sea and Ibiza castle.
