Liar, liar, pants on fire. This woman took me to court to have her payment returned and lost the case. I spent three hours with her daughter on the day before her mother was to occupy the property, so, not only from my ad, but also from her daughter, this woman had a full description of the unit. She just wanted to get out of paying to stay there when she probably learned that her daughter could and would host her for free. She came into the unit and left without calling me in ten minutes. She knew about the air matress and it was fine. I have a video of my 250 pound male friend and his girlfriend lying on the bed 20 minutes after she left claiming her husband sank to the floor. This is the kind of scamming renter who no one wants to rent to. She also knew that the cable and wi-fi ha to be set up and I made arrangements to have that done the afternoon she was to move in. This woman is horrific.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
