Villa La Palma is an exclusive beach villa, with private pool, located only a few minutes from Marina di Modica with its sandy beach, cafés, restaurants and shops. The Mediterranean gardens are lined with Pine trees, leading towards the sea and the small path which leads to the rocky beach below. Marina di Modica can easily be reached, either by car within a few minutes, or on foot via the coastal footpath along the sea.
The villa and location are ideal for families or groups alike, to holiday together in style, whilst being only a short drive from the famous Baroque cities of Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Scicli. There are plenty of sandy beaches along the coast, as well as good restaurants well worth visiting. The famous Montalbano Mysteries were filmed in these parts and the house of inspector Montalbano can be visited in Punta Secca.

2nd. Floor: 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1bathroom with shower and WC and small terrace.
Smaller Villa Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and terrace.
1st. Floor: Spacious Living/dining area and kitchen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC, access onto the porch.
Exteriors:
Large porch (veranda), terraces, Mediterranean Garden, Private Swimming Pool, Sun terrace.
In July and August the rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday only.
