OFFRIAMO UN SOGGIORNO IN PIENA SICUREZZA E TRANQUILLITà IN UN COMPLESSO PRIVATO DI ABITAZIONI PER LE VACANZE, SITUATO IN MEZZO AL VERDE NELLA ZONA DI SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA.

La casa per le vacanze si trova su una collina sopra le lunghe spiagge sabbiose di Pescoluse, chiamate anche "Maldive del Salento", in un grande uliveto privato. La vista del mare e gli splendidi tramonti sono unici da lì. La posizione è particolarmente tranquilla e ariosa e anche in piena estate. È possibile raggiungere le spiagge in circa tre minuti di auto. Nella zona non c'è il rumore di pizzerie, bar, file di automobili, ciclomotori e pedoni, cosa non così comune vicino al mare. Pescoluse sta tra Gallipoli e Santa Maria di Leuca, il punto più meridionale del tacco dello stivale sul Mar Ionio.

Questa liama grande ha una piccola caratteristica stanza da letto (8 mq), un piccolo soggiorno/stanza da letto (14,5 mq), un bagno (3,5 mq) e una terrazza in parte coperta (23 mq) . La stanza da letto contiene un letto matrimoniale e uno spazio garderobe e TV satellitare. Nel soggiorno/stanza da letto si trova un divano letto, TV satellitare e in una nicchia un letto a castello con armadio. Nel bagno c'è una cabina doccia, un lavandino, wc, bidet e lavatrice. L'impianto di aria condizionata nelle due stanze funziona anche bene come erogatore di aria calda. Grazie all'energia solare c'è tanta acqua calda. La casa dispone di WIFI (gratuito).

La terrazza panoramica è in parte coperta e offre una bellissima vista sul paesaggio e il mare. Sotto la tettoia c'è la cucina in muratura con fornelli a gas, microonde, frigo con freezer e lavastoviglie. Un barbecue invoglia a preparare delle gustose grigliate.

Ci sono poi un tavolo, sedie e lettini che vi invitano a mangiare, rilassarsi e giocare.

Questa parte della casa è adiacente alla cucina della sorella della Grande liama, la Piccola Liama. Un gazebo offre riposo all'ombra con bella vista sul paesaggio e il mare.

Il terreno privato è di circa 8000 metri quadrati. I bambini e gli animali domestici possono godere di un sacco di libertà. In fianco alla casa si trova un grande spazio per il parcheggio.

Una culla e un seggiolone sono disponibili gratuitamente su richiesta. Su richiesta il proprietario cerca di soddisfare anche altre esigenze dei bambini, se possibile. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti e sono ammessi gratuitamente.

Si ricorda che la liama è un antico edificio di pietre, in mezzo alla natura, e che di conseguenza non può avere le stesse caratteristiche e lo stesso comfort di un moderno apppartamento di città.

Lungo la spiaggia di Pescoluse ci sono bar, ristoranti e alcuni piccoli negozi. Dei supermercati si trovano a Salve, a circa 1,5 km, e a Presicce. È inoltre possibile trovare farmacie, banche, un ufficio postale, bar, ristoranti e altri negozi. Anche nella prossima località di Torre Vado, a circa 1,2 km da Pescoluse, si trovano una farmacia, piccoli negozi di alimentari e un negozio di pesce. Dietro le spiagge iniziano le colline con gli ulivi che forniscono una buona opportunità per passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta. Anche le piccole città hanno spesso un centro locale con piccoli gioielli architettonici. Si consiglia una visita a Santa Maria di Leuca (antichi palazzi), a Gallipoli la bella, a Lecce (città barocca), ad Otranto. Il Salento, anche penisola salentina, si trova nella parte meridionale della Puglia, tra il mar Ionio ad ovest e il mare Adriatico a est. Si possono trovare un paesaggio, un'architettura e una gastronomia particolare. Il Salento è naturalmente ideale per una vacanza al mare durante la lunga estate ma anche molto di più e non solo in estate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Renate (the owner) a message.

If Renate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
