The Favollo "is a lovely house on the ground floor in front of a picturesque cliff sloping towards the tourist port of Marina di Ragusa Everything is within walking distance: The sea - through the front of the cliff whose characteristic flattened shape lets you lie down comfortably as if you were on the sand. you can dive directly into deep water or go down easily in the low to swim in a sort of natural swimming After swimming a practical outdoor shower directly on the rocks will go home totally refreshed (* recommended who does not love the confusion ...) the golden sandy beaches equipped or free that flank the harbor promenade (* for lovers of beach games, music, the chalets) the town center, the heart of the vibrant nightlife, for an aperitif, dinner or after dinner in one of many typical local Tourist harbor for lovers of running, or just to admire the different dream boats floating under a beautiful starry sky I: urban bus stop and suburban supermarket, a café / ice cream shop, newsagent / tobacconist, pub / restaurant / pizzeria, bakery, boutiques, store fishing equipment, drugstore, organizing excursions, boat rental, children picnic area The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds. a kitchen / dining room open space with sea view, en suite and a bathroom / laundry room with access from outside. A sea front porch furnished with sofas and a large veranda on the back with chairs and table for alfresco dining. The house is cool and breezy and benefits from air-conditioning system and ventilation system Vortex in bedrooms LCD flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the living / dining room available to our guests private parking, two bicycles and a barbecue for grilling on the veranda.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefania (the owner) a message.

    If Stefania (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
