Encosta da Marina is a new complex in a desirable location only a few minutes from Lagos Marina, the beach and the town of Lagos.

Encosta da Marina is superbly located only a few hundred meters from the Marina de Lagos with its lively selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. It's also only a short stroll to the supermarket and the beach. This spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apartment is fully air-conditioned with a large balcony with built in BBQ. A perfect holiday apartment for families.

From the front entrance of the apartment block there are about 5 steps up to lift and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor, once inside to the left is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all modern appliances, there is a door out from the kitchen onto the terrace with a built in BBQ.

The living area is large and airy with a spacious lounge and a dining table and

6 chairs, there are 2 faux leather sofas and a flat screen TV , there is also an IPTV system in place with all free view UK channels, BBC and ITV, the living area had patio doors leading out to the large balcony with a built in BBQ and an outside dining table and six chairs for some al fresco dining, and there are a couple of sun loungers also on the balcony. From the balcony you can see over towards the pool and communal areas.

There are 2 bedrooms the Master suite has a King size bed (this is 2 zip lock singles and the apartment can be used with 4 single beds) there's an en-suite bathroom for this bedroom and the 2nd room is a twin bedroom has 2 single beds there is another shower room for the use of this bedroom in the hall.

This apartment also has access to the roof terrace that boasts some stunning 360 degree views over Lagos and towards the Meia Praia beach.

The pool area is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, a lawned area for children to play and a children's pool. There are also toilet and shower facilities by the pool.

The apartment is situated only a few hundred meters from the Marina and the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach, the Marina which is a few minutes walk away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shopping and markets.

In the summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrianised streets of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is less than a 5 minute walk, with a variety of water sport activities available, that can be arranged from the Marina da Lagos.

Palmares Golf course, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 25 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive.

Nearest beach: Meia Praia is just a 10 minute walk away. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards and there many beach bars/restaurants with varying menus.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
