Golfo Aranci adiacenze porto rotondo nell'incantevole spiaggia di marinella In uno scenario mozzafiato affitto monolocale composto da unico ambiente con 3 posti letto (un divano letto doppio e una poltrona pronto letto), servizio e terrazza fronte mare. La zona è tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo ben servita da market, edicola, bar. Pizzerie, ristoranti, negozi, ecc. Il monolocale (unico ambiente) comprende 3 posti letto con angolo cottura completo di pentole e stoviglie varie, e con una meravigliosa e panoramicissima terrazza fronte mare. Posto auto riservato e uso piscina (dal 15/06 al 15/09), Tv color. vigilanti all'ingresso del residence. la distanza dalla spiaggia di sabbia bianca e fine è inferiore a 50 m. il mare è degradante (adatto ai bambini) e con acqua limpidissima.

Cala Reale residence and Porto Marana are upon a sandy beach of the marvellous "Cala del Golfo di Marinella " , on the side of the tourist port which faces the small complex of Porto Marana and the relative shopping centre. The residence is 5 Km far away from Porto Rotondo, 18 Km from Olbia airport , 15 Km from Olbia, 9km from Golfo Aranci.

Distance of the sea: 50 mt. of the beach.

Equipment and comforts: In the residence there are pizza-restaurant, bar/tobacco and journals-shop, , swimming-pool (from 15/06 to 15/09), parking lot (one per apartment), vigilantes. Nearby at Porto Marana village (about 200 mt.) there are other restaurants, pizzas, market ice cream shops, ect.The beach is very good for children and adults; in the beach is possible rental windsurf, canoes.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alberto (the owner) a message.

    If Alberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
