Stay with us at Marion Bay Holiday Villas in one of our clean, comfortable and spacious 1 or 2 bedroom villas while you explore the hidden treasures of nearby Innes National Park, head out for a memorable fishing session, go for a surf, or simply stroll along our pristine beaches. Enjoy fresh, clean air, bird song and stunning natural beauty in a location that will take you back to a time when life was simpler. It won’t take you long to realise why the locals are so happy, you will leave feeling refreshed and ready to face the world again. That is if you leave at all, Elaine and I didn’t. After 2 years traveling around Australia we settled here and haven’t looked back.

With off street parking deep enough to park your car and boat, on site BBQ’s, laundry facilities and plenty of lawn for the kids to play on, we are ideally set up to cater to all your needs from large groups to a quiet, romantic interlude and we are pet friendly too. Yes, that’s right. There is no good reason to leave the fur kids behind again. We have enclosures set up for them to chill out in while you explore Innes National Park and your balcony is set up to keep them secure and sheltered. Our aim is to make your holiday a time that the entire family enjoys at prices that the accountant will love as well. We are and always will be “The Best Value on the Peninsula”

Perfect spot for a family

We loved staying in our villa. It was a nice big space. A grass area in the front for the kids to kick a ball. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds We would love to stay again.

Why can't I call Shane (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Shane (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Shane (the owner) a message.

If Shane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
