Villa Bougainvillaea

Exclusive, private villa located in own walled grounds. Private owners yacht trip included if owners are in marina at time. Wrought iron gates, fencing and gate arch covered with bougainvillaea . Beautiful, large pool, ideal for all ages with gently stepped entrance. 6 bedroom villa sleeps 14 comfortably. Spacious and full of light. Camdibi Mahallesi, 'area of the pine trees' is a residential part of Marmaris, at the foot of the pine tree covered mountains at the foothills of the National Park.The villa and grounds have been extensively refurbished in 2017. The gardens, curtailing walls and wrought iron gates are graced by grape bearing vines, bougainvillea, oleander, hibiscus, roses, jasmin and honeysuckle bushes. There are banana, mandarin, fig, new world fruit, olive, almond, kumquat and lemon trees. The terraces and pool areas are enhanced by yucca trees and egyptian palm trees. There are 7 air conditioning units installed in the property. Electric and water is billed to the client at the council rate.

Camdibi Mahallesi, 'area of the pine trees' is a prestigious, residential part of old Marmaris, at the foot of the pine tree covered mountains. Benefiting from the best of both worlds - a beautiful mountain vistas from the villa in a peaceful environament permitting a restful nights sleep but within minutes of the seafront, harbour, restaurants, bars, castle, marina's and the hustle and bustle of the bazaar. The old harbour with Turkish wooden gullets (where a gulet is available for hire for our visitors) is an ideal starting point to discover the islands and inlets of the surrounding coastline. A Mercedes 14 seater minibus is also available to transport our visitors from the airport at a very reasonable rate and also to hire for day trips for their party to experience remote beaches and destinations unknown to the vast majority of tourists as well as for their transfers to and from Dalaman or Bodrum airport to the villa.

Hammams & beauty spas can be enjoyed at very reasonable prices where we have well established contacts. Restaurants Jihan Okahbasi and Caravanserai on Icmeler Road and Armutalan, Cinar on Mugla road and Aspartam near Turunc and Pineapple in Netsel Marina are a few of our favourites that offer excellent food and very reasonably priced.

Other Activities: yachting, cruises, excellent daily boat trips, sightseeing, waterpark, water taxis, hamams, mudbaths, Rhodes trip in 45 mins, hot spas and mudbathsinDalyan and the neighbouring bay of Gocek are all in the vicinity

Golf: A golf course is established in Dalyan and one is being constructed in Marmaris

Very spacious L-shaped living room / dining room with two sets of french windows leading onto large terrace with dining table and chairs for 12. Through the patio doors onto the large terrace the overlooking private pool. A further arge dining table outdoors with chairs on terrace, overhead lighting for evening dining.

Well equipped spacious kitchen with water dispenser, dishwasher, extremely large fridge/freezer. Extremely well equipped

We believe for your peace of mind you need to feel assured that there is someone at all times at your disposition to answer your questions and to assist with anything you wish to do, be it booking a restaurant, ordering take aways to the villa, organising taxis, or suggesting day trips. Our property manager will be advised by the chauffeur as to when you will be approaching the villa so he can greet you with the keys and explain everything, He will be there twice daily grooming the grounds and cleaning the pool and to assist you in any way he can. We want your stay to be wonderful & to add you to clients who return yearly so we have a list of activities, places to visit and inexpensive fine restaurants that we recommend.

Why can't I call Colin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Colin (the owner) a message.

If Colin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
