The Antico Borgo is located in a charming old building of medieval origins. Refurbished using traditional materials retaining the original features and harmony with the surrounding rural landscape. Nestled in the green hills of Marostica, it is the place to enjoy some exciting moments wrapped in the atmosphere that only nature can give us.

There are 2 apartments in the apartment with breakfast service on request, in the common room, where our products are served.

The farm Ca 'Marosi, conducted at the household level, is born from the desire to revive the traditions of our land rediscovering authenticity of the products cultivated respecting the environment and the seasons. Beware of the biodiversity, produce oil and jams, cherries, figs, peaches, apples in traditional varieties and other fruits.

The rooms are heated by the plant biomass that is produced by our forests, the photovoltaic and solar thermal system also allows us to meet all the energy needs.

ACCOMMODATION SUITE

the attic studio on multiple levels comprising entrance hall, bathroom, living area with kitchen, extendable table and sofa bed, large bedroom area divided by the furniture. Large room, bright and welcoming, completely renovated respecting the local tradition with the use of biocompatible materials, wooden floors, wood-mansard ceiling with ancient brick hollow tiles recovered and decorated ceilings. It is accessed from the common room on the ground floor, through a rustic wooden staircase restored with recovery of ancient materials.

Ideal for couples or families, with four beds, possibility of adding extra bed. Breakfast if required is served in the common room on the ground floor with genuine products of own production.

Why can't I call Lorena (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lorena (the owner) a message.

If Lorena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
