This luxury villa is fully equipped for 6 persons. It offers complete privacy and relaxation among spacious gardens, with great scenery and sea views, yet it is only 2-3 km distant from shops, restaurants and the beach, and 7 km from the historical town of Retyhymnon, Crete.

Enter into the paved grounds of each villa through its own lockable steel gate, past the stone garden walls and olive trees and park next to the villa. Step into the fully air-conditioned building through marble paving and solid wooden doors and enjoy our welcome offerings of raki or ouzo, fruit and extra food and beverages –a great beginning towards a memorable holiday experience.

Bed and bath linens are changed midweek . Cleaning of the villa at midweek. Additional changes available for extra charge, on request. A vegetable garden for the villa is provided to pick the products free of charge on your own, cultivated by our gardener.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
