From the property are views of the Atlas Mountains extending southwards to offer world class walking, climbing, cycling, and skiing. Golfing is also available in the immediate local area.
Notes on prices.Prices are for the whole property per week in Euros for up to 6 guests ( or the equivalent in Sterling pound) extra guests are charged at 50 euros each per night. Airport Pick up/drop 30 pounds / Each way for the whole party.

Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite toilet and sink, wardrobe, air conditioning. Bedroom 2: double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning. Bedroom 3: upstairs, two single beds that can be configured to suit. Bedroom 4: two single beds that can be configured to suit. Master bedroom 5: double bed, dressing table, separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes, double French doors leading to your own balcony and sun terrace. Bathroom 2: Large bathroom downstairs, double wash hand basins, shower, WC and bidet. Large bathroom situated upstairs, double wash hand basins, large bath Jacuzzi, WC and bidet.1 other WC downstairs, and a separate bathroom with shower situated on the east wing of the villa for the staff. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen situated in the east wing of the Villa. Utility Room: The utility room is set in the outside kitchen and includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, BBQ and dining table. Living Rooms: Moroccan Lounge comprises wall to wall seating with scatter cushions and centre dining table for Moroccan style entertainment. European lounge furnished with 3 seater settee, 2 armchairs, dining table, open fire place in marble, flat screen TV and DVD player. All full air conditioned.
Other: Wireless Internet access is available on the property through a dongle.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service, gardener and security: Towels and linen are included and changed regularly. Beds are furnished with anti-allergic pillows and mattress covers. Daily cleaning and cooking are carried out by our resident cook and cleaner. The garden is maintained by our resident gardener, who also keeps an eye on the safety and security of the farm and its residents..
Accessibility. The property is wheel chair friendly, with ramps to all downstairs terraces, pool and gardens. There are 2/3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite WC and a separate bathroom, and another WC. The villa has a lift for wheel chairs to get to the sun terraces and the upstairs bedrooms.
Outside: The villa is part of a charming rural ex-working farm with its own private large swimming pool ( 25m x 8m), chill-out sun terrace and outside BBQ areas. The garden offers plenty of space to simply relax and lose oneself with a good book amongst the olive groves and 100-year-old palm trees. Gazebos and garden seating are set amongst trees and beside the large pool. Lunch and breakfast can be taken either on or upstairs terrace, or downstairs by the pool.There are numerous indoor games available for guests at the villa. Lessons in Moroccan cooking are offered free by our resident cook. Ingredients can be bought at a local market close by where local farmers sell their produce.
For Golf lovers, there are a number of golf courses to choose from all within a short drive from the farm.
Location and Distance: Special interest holidays Marrakech 10kms (20 mins). Menara Airport 30 mins. Essaouira (sandy beaches & surfing) 175kms. Ouarzazate 200kms. Zagora 365kms. Other attractions within day-trip driving distance include Dades Valley, Toubkal National Park (hiking & climbing), Dunes of Merzouga, High Atlas Mountains. Golf - Royal Amelkis 10 mins. Quad biking and paragliding, available within a short drive. Further details: Marrakech is a fascinating city - there is so much to see,: palaces, gardens, the Souk! Trips can be made to the Atlas Mountains, the passes to the south or to the beautiful coastal town of Essaouira. Alternatively it is the perfect place to relax and just chill out where one can sit and watch the world go by or just to enjoy the quiet surroundings by the pool.
