Dar Tigamino is a hand crafted Moroccan Villa situated between the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and the exciting hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Nestled within 2 acres of beautifully landscaped and manicured garden with a large private pool, covered terraces and pool-house, along with BBQ and extensive games facilities, This is the perfect family or friends 'get away' destination. Dar Tigamino is just a 3.5 hour flight from the UK and a 25 minute transfer from the airport. Leave the UK on the early morning flight and you are there in time for breakfast! Be collected from the airport and delivered, hassle free, to our front door. You know you have arrived somewhere special. Our team will be at the airport to greet you and take you to the house where our staff will be awaiting your arrival with cold drinks or a Moroccan tea to welcome you. Make yourself at home in the large receptions rooms or on a covered terraces. Explore the garden and find your corner of peace and tranquillity. Cool off in the large swimming pool before sun-downers on the roof with extensive views of the Atlas Mountains... so close that you feel you can touch them. Take in a DVD or play a board game from our games cupboard. Retire to your luxury sized bedroom with king size bed or twins with the room fan causing a gentle breeze to keep you cool. (All rooms are also fitted with air-conditioning and central heating.) The house boasts 4 bedroom suites and a single bedroom/dressing room. Each bedroom enjoys its own private terrace. Comfortable and spacious open-plan living and dining areas and a large roof terrace have extensive views of the Atlas Mountains which makes this the perfect combination of Moroccan authenticity and Family home.

The Villa is fully staffed to help with your every concern. The House Manager will appear whenever you need him. He will organize your life for you while you stay in our beautiful home. His job is to make sure that you have the holiday that suits your friends and family. (Extensive excursions can be organized by pre-arrangement.) Mustapha will organise cars, restaurants, guided walks, trips to Marrakesh etc. Our excellent cook is at hand to produce your breakfast, which is included in the price of the villa, but also to prepare and cook any other meals that you might require. The cook is very happy to do your shopping and make sure that you taste the delicious local Berber cuisine. We have the lovely Asma who will clean the house and bedrooms every day you are there, she will also help the cook by laying tables and clearing dirty dishes. (Because Morocco is a Muslim country we do not require our staff to pour drinks for our guests. (This is just in respect of their religion.)

Mustapha is in charge of the house in our absence and he will arrange anything that you might need to make your holiday as wonderful as he can.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Katherine (the owner) a message.

    If Katherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
