This lovingly restored fisherman's cottage is perfect for that romantic getaway or a great base for a family holiday in the sun.

The house is perfectly located for a two-minute walk to the picturesque marina, which has many wonderful restaurants and unique boutiques. Also within a stone's throw is the Town Square with a beautiful church, authentic selection of restaurants and variety of boulangeries, patisseries, cafes and the famous "Noilly Prat" distillery, not to be missed!

The house has been repainted inside and out in 2019 and benefits from a spacious and light open plan lounge & dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and also a downstairs cloakroom.

Also new for 2019 is a 43" 4K - TV & DVD player and Wifi. There is UK FREESAT stations and also Free NETFLIX

The first floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, with original tiled flooring throughout and a delightful balcony. The second bedroom has two French wrought iron day beds with a picture window offering lovely views across the rooftops and a wonderful vaulted beamed ceiling.

The bathroom has a roll top bath with a matching suite. It can now be accessed directly from the master bedroom and also from a recently added new doorway into the second bedroom.

With windows front and back you will find a lovely breeze keeps you cool in the summer, but still warm cosy in the winter.

The house is perfect for a couple or for a family with young children. The stairs lead into the main bedroom. From there you have one door that goes to the bathroom and one into the second bedroom which has 2 single beds. With young children, this is ideal as they are close at hand. If adults are in the second bedroom then they will have to pass through the main bedroom to access the bathroom and downstairs. We have a lovely screen which offers some privacy that creates a passageway from the second bedroom to the stairs, see the photo of it in use. We recommend instead that they use the ground floor futon, which can be made up in less than 2 mins. Having slept on it many times, I can say that it is very comfortable and having your own downstairs toilet also makes it private: a perfect space for extra guests.

Other things to note

We are happy for owners to bring their pets. We just ask that they keep them on the ground floor. If your pets are coming please let us know how many and their names. We charge an extra €4 per night for each of our four legged guests. This is to be be paid locally to Manuela.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen and Stacy (the owner) a message.

    If Stephen and Stacy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
