Stairs lead to the upper level where you will find the third guest room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom and balcony access and the Master Suite featuring a luxurious King size bed, spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, walk in closet and access to the balcony to complete this room.
Open kitchen with breakfast bar on the main floor that steps down to our living and formal inside dining area. All modern conveniences such as WIFI internet , unlimited US and Canada long distance calling, Cable TV and DVD options for your enjoyment in the main living area. The kitchen area exits to our covered patio for alfresco dining options. Also available on this patio and open to our beautiful sunshine is a fabulously appointed splash swimming pool with elevated poolside seating options to enjoy cocktails and the fantastic sea views. The pool deck steps down to our living area patio directly on the canal front overlooking the sea of Abaco as well. Relax on the upper deck and enjoy a private sunning experience or cool yourself in the private pool below while enjoying drinks at poolside in the evening.
