It 's the typical farm in Maremma vocation seeding, with significant extensions of vineyard and olive grove for a total 20 hectares of land. The company has recently restructured the estate road building, guests will find a beautiful room divided into 10 distinct apartments renovated respecting the oldest traditions of the Maremma, in fact, they have high beamed ceilings, spacious rooms and are furnished with rustic furniture, beds wrought iron. All apartments have a lounge / living room with kitchenette, television, air conditioner (hot / cold), bathroom with shower. Three apartments have two and have one room (for 2 adults and 2 children), seven and three-room apartments have 2 bedrooms (for 4 adults). All prices are for two-bedroom apartments. A ground floor apartment is in accordance to welcome the disabled. In wide open spaces there are pergolate areas, swimming pool, tennis court / football, bowling green, green areas equipped with barbecue and wood oven, as well as a sauna, table tennis and 15 bicycles for trips around the area. The company has entered into special agreements with Terme di Saturnia (25 km), Vega Cruises organizes cruises to the islands (Giglio, Giannutri, Elba Island). Our products: DOC Capalbio and Sovana, IGT extra virgin olive oil, brandy and vegetables. _____________________________________________________________ The farm holidays "Hope" is situated in Maremma (Tuscany), in the province of Grosseto. It is Approximately 15 km from Monte Argentario, 25 km from Saturnia hot springs and Maremma Natural Park. As many farms in Maremma we Typically produces wheat, maize, herbs and beans. Part of our 20 hectares are dedicated to the cultivation of olives and the production of wine. The farm has recently restored its farmhouse for agritourism. It Has Been divided into 10 distinct apartments Which maintain the traditional style of Maremma: high ceilings with beams, large rooms, beds in wrought iron, Tuscany country furniture. All the apartments have a living / dining room with kitchen area completely equipped, bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning (heat and cold), carport. Three apartments are one-bedroom apartments and have one room (for 2 adults and 2 children), seven are three rooms and have 2 rooms (for 4 adults). All exposed prices are for two-bedroom apartments. One apartment has facilities for disabled. Our farm has large outdoor areas, a sheltered area, pool, tennis court / mini soccer court, bocce courte, bicycles, grass area with barbecue and oven. Agreements: Saturnia hot springs, Travel agency for city of arts excursions (Roma, Siena, Firenze, all reachable by car Within 1 1/2 hours), horse-riding ground Caletra Antica (3 km), Vega cruises for cruises along Tuscan archipelago (Giglio Island, Giannutri Island, Elba Island), restaurants in Marsiliana. Pets are allowed. Our production: red and white wine, (DOC Capalbio and DOC Sovana), oil of olives, grappa and vegetables.

    If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
