This charming fully restored stone cottage with a refined décor is located 2 km from Martel (John White) on the property of Badounerie close to the major sites of Rocamadour and Padirac. Close to the Dordogne, this stone house has been tastefully renovated. The cottage Badounette (55 m²) is situated on a quiet field near a nature trail. It comprises the ground floor of a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a lounge; on the floor of an open style bedroom loft with 2 90 beds and a bedroom with 2 beds 90 joined. (Free WIFI) Badounette The cottage offers a swimming pool shared with the other cottage La Badounerie the Badou house. Nestled in our beautiful Quercy, you can practice all kinds of activities. Those who love hiking can walk the trails from the cottage. For lovers of fishing and canoeing, the Dordogne is close by. ATV fans can travel the footpaths, and the old stone discoverers admire all the small villages that make the charm of the Lot. You will indeed close to magnificent sites as Padirac, Rocamadour, Collonges La Rouge, Sarlat, Carrenac, Autoire and many others, we will gladly tell you when you come to The Badounerie.

Why can't I call Yan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yan (the owner) a message.

If Yan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
