Immerso nel verde in una delle zona più pregiate dell'agro a ridosso di Martina Franca in provincia di Taranto, antico trullo di tre coni adibito originariamente a capanno attrezzi, forno e cisterna vino, completamente ristrutturato inserito in comprensorio dotato di piscina, boschetto, percorso footing all'interno del boschetto e spazi per i più piccoli, sempre benvenuti.

I bambini sino a 2 anni di età non pagano e il lettino è messo a disposizione gratuitamente. I bambini sotto i 12 anni pagano il 50% dell'extra per persona.

Nelle sue vicinanze si trovano boschi e masserie caratteristiche della zona da cui potersi direttamente fornire dei prodotti locali (formaggi, uova, vino, olio, etc.). A 200 metri è presente una fattoria in cui si producono giornalmente formaggi freschi di ottima qualità, oltre a uova e altri prodotti tipici pugliesi.

Dista pochi chilometri da tante località di interesse paesaggistico e turistico molto rilevanti, ed è vicino (30/40 km) a bellissime spiagge, sia sul versante ionico che quello adriatico, con mari stupendi.
