Elegant villa "Sicilyhome" of new construction, completely independent with 6 beds located at about 500 meters from the beach of Marzamemi and 1.5 km (1 minute by car) from the beach of S. Lorenzo. The villa is composed on the upper floor by two bedrooms with a shared balcony overlooking the property. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, with the possibility of a double bed.Bathroom with shower.The ground floor consists of kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom.The villa has a large outdoor area with covered terrace with a roof where there is a large built-in kitchen with barbecue and shower after the sea. The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet area, cool and ventilated, equipped with TV, washing machine, fridge, espresso coffee machine, crockery and anything else needed for common uses, linen (beds - kitchen - bathroom) Excellent location for reach all services, at the village of Marzamemi which is about 1km .: market, marina, information point, restaurants, ATMs, etc. The heart of the ancient village of Marzamemi is easily reachable with a pleasant walk along the seafront in 15 min, where you can admire the beauty of the village and enjoy its restaurants, typical fish dishes and the excellent wines of Sicily. . Marzamemi, location sought by the most distinguished directors, hospitable home of frontier cinema. The sicilyhome villa is set in an area where in a few minutes by car you can easily reach: Syracuse ortigia, Noto Baroque, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa ibla, all baroque cities, UNESCO heritage; For lovers of excursions, do not miss a visit to Caltagirone, a city of artistic ceramics, known all over the world and the Castle of Donnafugata, the Gattopardo's summer venue.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Salvatore (the owner) a message.

    If Salvatore (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
