Independent holiday rental completely furnished

Villas Vista Masaya is a place to relax, a three kilometers out of Masatepe, where you can buy your basic needs at the supermarket or the daily market in the morning. You can prepare your own meals in a fully furnished wooden kitchen. The minimum stay is two nights. WiFi is available in your house but also near the shared swimming pool

The guesthouse is comfortable with two separate bedrooms with individual beds, one bathroom with hot shower and a separate toilet. The windows have screens so can be stay open. Fences for all doors and windows and there is a guard at night.

In front there is a roofed terrace where you can put the rocking chairs. Access to swimming pool in front of the casa club and in that house you will find additional furniture but also information about birds and trees of Nicaragua. There are trails on the property, but also walking on the road in the neighborhood Nimboja is a pleasure because the neighbors are very nice people. All the wooden details have been made by the local entrepreneurs of Masatepe.

Masaya is close by. Within an hour you are in Granada, Managua, the beaches and the volcanoes Masaya and Mombacho. You can use local buses from Masatepe, you can call a taxi from Masatepe and the tuctuc will be on the road passing the property. Numbers of the taxi and the tuctucs are available, so you call them.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nel (the owner) a message.

If Nel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
