It’s an ideal point of departure to visit the main attractive cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa, the charming Versilia coast and the enchanting Pinocchio Park at Collodi, where you can spend holidays featured by relax and fun.
The villa is surrounded by a charming park with swimming pool, featuring expanses of olive trees, cultivated terraces according to the Tuscan tradition and vineyards which frame to a picture. The Villa has five double room available with bathroom en suite, which has been recently renovated and a double sofa bed.
It was a summer residence of a 1800 noble family, of which are still visible some furnishings. The strategic location and the wealth of the surroundings make Villa Cozzile an ideal destination for those who want to spend relaxing and funny holiday, of rich and varied Tuscany culture and luxury.
ACCOMODATION: The villa is 350 square meters and can accommodate 10/12 persons in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It extends on three levels:
The old door made of solid wood is the main entrance to the villa. You enter on the ground floor where you will find a reception hall, a reception area and welcome where you can spend a few minutes to relax, and a laundry room. The corridor, lit by small spotlights to light the ceiling, separating the two rooms and leads to a stone staircase leading to the first floor.
The first floor can either be reached from the ground floor or the external staircase adjoining the villa. It consists of 4 rooms: a kitchen with dining room that overlooks a lovely garden, a large, well-lit living room with a relaxation corner and fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a reading room where you can leaf through antique books of various genres.
The second floor consists of 4 spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and shower. All the rooms have modern, stylish furnishings, which give them an original, bright, and welcoming feel. Each room overlooks the park and has a colour theme which, with the decor and fabrics, completes the elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The frescoes have been restored where possible. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: Outside guests can enjoy use of well-maintained garden with private pool. Large furnished garden, private swimming-pool (15 x 5 m - min. depth 1,1 m – max depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09), outdoor shower by the pool (only cold water), barbecue.
A small chapel and the key-holder’s house are on the premises, near the villa.
