The guest house "The Lina Dream" is the ideal place to spend your holidays relaxing and romance. Located in the town of Sorrento, a few kilometers from Sorrento city center, boasts stunning views over the Island of Capri and Ischia. The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature a window overlooking the islands, air conditioning, free wi-fi, wardrobe with safe and LCD TV 32-inch flat-screen TV. The bathroom is fully covered by ceramic tiles of the famous Milanese designer Piero Fornasetti. The kitchen has a kitchenette embellished by the famous Vietri ceramics, kettle, microwave and electric oven, refrigerator. It will be the ideal place to prepare tasty dinners to be enjoyed on the fantastic terrace in front overlooking the Gulf of Naples. The solarium, the real gem of the holiday home "The Dream Lina", is equipped with sun beds and sun deck, where you can spend long afternoons relaxing and sun of the Sorrento Peninsula. A 1 km from the center of Massa Lubrense, 5 km from Sorrento, 25 km from Positano, 40 km from Amalfi, 28 km from Pompei, 50 km from Naples, 30 meters from the stop of the bus and 30 minutes hydrofoil to Capri.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Aniello (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
