L'appartamento 1 è costituito da un soggiorno, una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno e da un terrazzo. Il soggiorno funge come sala da pranzo, angolo cottura su un lato, in questa stanza ci sono 2 poltrone letto utilizzabili se presenti più di 2 persone, la TV (digitale terrestre e satellite) è posizionata in un angolo. La camera da letto matrimoniale ha l'accesso al terrazzo. Il bagno ha toilette WC, lavabo e box doccia (non c'è il bidet); è dotato di finestra. Il terrazzo è piccolo con tavolino e tenda parasole, da questo punto c'è la vista mare.

Il bagno ha toilette WC, lavabo e box doccia (non c'è il bidet); è dotato di impianto di aspirazione in quanto la finestra è assente. Il terrazzo è ampio con tavolino e tenda parasole.
C’è un accesso a internet wi-fi gratuito (velocità discreta). Inoltre è possibile utilizzare un barbecue nel piazzale. Ogni appartamento può ospitare 2 /4 persone. È possibile parcheggiare la macchina nel piazzale. I prezzi esposti in tabella sono riferiti a 2 persone. L’ambiente è perfetto per chi ama la natura e una vacanza tranquilla lontana dal rumore e dall’inquinamento. Nelle vicinanze c’è un piccolo campo da golf ed un lago dove si può praticare la pesca sportiva. Entrambi gli appartamenti sono al primo piano ed accessibili tramite scala esterna.
