Service is included local manager rent-in-zanzibar. com .We are proud to offer true privacy, charm, intimacy, true antique furniture, discretion and a 3 *** service. Only YOU in the villa NO sharing. Base tariff EUROS 290 p/n for 4 people in LOW SEASON. Full capacity is OK for 9 guests not for the same price. For more details please ask the manager: rent-in-zanzibar. com Food & beverage, Chauffeur, Tours, and the Chef are extras. Sorry there is no disco, no elevator music, no ambiance and celebrities. Our stay is stylish, calm, eco friendly, in the nature, no neighbours to watch you over the fence, 3*** quality, and our environmental awareness. A shame: we forgot to buy a TV. Beds in villa: 4 double king size plus 1 single. Max 9 people. The full 1 hectare private property villa + bungalow can accommodate up to12 people.

We also have a nice beach villa/bungalow (extra) sitting right on the sand at 5m of the waves, see TripAdvisor ref 12 03 74 09. So the full one hectare property can be for you only in privacy.

AMAZING: our villa is an architectural masterpiece: an authentic Swahili/Colonial 390 m² villa, a 10m high cathedral like roof, very stylish. The villa has been totally refurbished in 2023. Here nothing made in plastic. The villa facing the ocean is open to the sea breeze.

SERVICE: 24/7 local staff and Manager.

Why can't I call The KIND (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact The KIND (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send The KIND (the owner) a message.

If The KIND (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
