The holiday house "CASA SERENA" is an apartment fully at your disposal 84 sqm area in Matera, on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey building with no elevator 10-minute walk from the Sassi; It offers free WiFi and free parking access on public land. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. The unit, recently renovated, has been tastefully furnished, the owner tried to equip itself with all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable and enchanting: it is composed of a fully equipped kitchenette, a living-dining room where there are a sofa bed in a square and a table with 6 chairs, a double bedroom, a room with 1 single bed, a room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bidet, bath or shower - toiletries - towels - hairdryer. The environments are large and equipped with individual heating and air conditioning, and all the fixtures are equipped with mosquito nets. Casa Serena is an excellent base for those families who want to combine the discovery of the "Sassi", a UNESCO World Heritage Site, even a short beach holiday, because the nearest beach is just 30 minutes by car .

How do damage deposits work?

If Raffaele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
