Just 150 meters from the entrance of Matera North and in a quiet area "President's Home" is an exclusive bed and breakfast rooms, located in a modern building in brick and marble, are finely decorated. You will be welcomed in a pleasant and comfortable environment that is guaranteed privacy and thanks to entrance you will be free to move around during the hours you prefer. Bed and breakfast owners reside upstairs and will be at your complete disposal for any need or request.

Each room has a separate bathroom with the complete set of complimentary toiletries, shower and hairdryer. President's Home offers a flat-screen satellite TV with DVD player, free wireless internet access, air conditioning (hot/cold), minibar, electric kettle, alarm clock, safe.

Parking is free and ensures both the shuttle and shuttle (surcharge).

An Italian breakfast is served every morning with local products and hot drinks that you can enjoy in the breakfast room or outdoors or in the comfort of your room. Savoury dishes are available on request.

Rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed as appropriate every day and sheets every week and/or at change.

President's Home is located 1 km from the Sassi, UNESCO World Heritage site, while the beaches of Metaponto, Castellaneta and Ginosa Marina (located along the Ionian coast) are reachable in 40-45 minute drive. The hotel is also located very close to the train station of Villa Longo that easy access to the city of Bari.

Faced with the same railway station of Villa Lara is the bus terminal that allows connections with the main Italian cities.
