Beautiful independent structure recently renovated, located in the heart of the city of Matera, just over 1 km from the famous and popular Sassi, easily reachable on foot in about 15 min. Attention to its smallest details and equipped with every comfort to accommodate couples, families and friends. It has large and complete bedrooms with independent entrance, private bathroom complete with courtesy set, and kitchen at your disposal with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay inside. Offers from the structure, you will find at your arrival also a series of products for a rich and healthy breakfast. Outside, you can take advantage of a large private courtyard for any type of requirement, having in addition, in addition to the house keys, also that of the gate, which can also be used only to keep motorcycles. Very comfortable to reach for anyone as it is completely on the ground floor. In its surroundings, within walking distance, you will find the fruit and vegetable market, supermarkets, bars and all the services that everyone can need.     È davvero una fortuna che la Signora Donatella abbia lasciato, “di sua spontanea volontà”, la struttura due giorni prima del dovuto, dopo la bellissima figuraccia fatta nel dirci che avrebbe soggiornato da sola per pagare meno e poi in serata, scoperta sul fatto mentre faceva entrare a nostra insaputa il suo compagno in struttura con valigia e tutto l’occorrente per soggiornarci insieme. Ogni giorno noi ci impegniamo affinché tutto sia sempre in regola nel rispetto delle istituzioni e degli obblighi imposti, e continueremo a farlo facendo capire a chi pensa di fare il furbo, che esistono dei direttivi da seguire nel rispetto soprattutto di chi ogni giorno continua a sceglierci dandoci fiducia nell’ apprezzare il nostro lavoro e la nostra serietà!     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vittorio (the owner) a message.

    If Vittorio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
