The apartment of 75 sqm., Fully equipped, is equipped with 5 beds, it is divided into various environments and has two inputs. The ground floor consists of an open space with large dining area, kitchen with all necessary utensils and detergents, a comfortable sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and bidet. At the same level there is also a room with additional sofa bed, a square and a half (1.90 x 1.30); through this room into the courtyard. The open loft, however, includes a double room with the possibility of sharing a bed drawing two singles and a characteristic bathroom with shower and bidet. Upon request, it could be put at guests' disposal also an additional ottoman bed. The apartment has, also, a large private courtyard with a sitting area and car parking. Visitors Access The main entrance is in Via G.Pentasuglia 20 where guests will be welcomed by the host. Guests will be guaranteed the availability of bed linen and towels, hair dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron.

    How do damage deposits work?
