The House-villa vista mare, within the Parco Nazionale del Gargano, consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room n. with two seater sofa bed, kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. The exterior has a large square, no. 1 veranda of approximately 60 mq.con No. 1 and no. 2 outdoor showers, barbecue and kitchen.

The approximately 3,000 sq. m. fenced and whole leafy with pines, olive trees and shrubs of the Mediterranean maquis, offers comfortable n. 3 cars and a scenic gazebo where you can admire dawns and sunsets unmatched solar beauties, the Moon reflected on the sea, and all the natural surroundings with its colours and scents.

The villa is about 4 km. from the lidos of the morning and 6 Km from the historic centre of Mattinata, ideal for a pleasant stay of relaxation and tranquility for an extended family to friends and family for a maximum of 7 guests with outbuildings sofa beds.

Thanks to the strategic location of villa you can reach the nearby beaches of the Gargano coast and visit with less than an hour's drive of Monte Sant'Angelo, Manfredonia, Vieste, Peschici, the sanctuary of Padre Pio, the Umbra Forest and sea the beautiful sea caves on the coast-Vieste and Mattinata Tremiti.

The morning is easily accessible thanks to rail or aircraft airports of Foggia and Bari, 45 Km away respectively and 135 Km,

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angelo (the owner) a message.

    If Angelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
