The Perfect place to get away from it all. No need to drive if you dont want to. You have the beach just around the corner, aswell as local Pub, Shops, great Restaurants. AMAZING BEACH LOCATION !

This is the only Detached property on this charming complex -- so no problems with noise from neighbours !

MAWGAN PORTH, NR NEWQUAY -- Outstanding location with the beach literally just around the corner -- fantastic modern property on this charming little holiday complex near the beach, with swimming pool, tennis courts and free parking .............

There is a great local pub opposite the beach, aswell as Cafe, Restaurant, shops, Surf School, Bakery.

This is the perfect holiday location, very relaxing, families and couples love it here. It is perfect to have the pool here, to relax after a day out !! (seasonal )

PLEASE NOTE : The Swimming pool is heated in the Summer weeks from end of May to September

CHARMING QUIET COMPLEX, with swimming pool and tennis courts, parking on site, so no need to struggle to park at the beach during busy times !!

This is the only property that is detached on this complex .... and offers much more internal space to relax, without noise from joined apartments.

The ideal location if you want to be able to stroll around the corner to enjoy a pint or 2 at the local pub !!! Also great cafe/bar to relax and enjoy a meal together, without the hassle of driving !!

We do arrange rentals of other properties in the area --- so when dates are unavailable we can often offer another property.

We are a family business, so we understand that your holiday time together is so precious. We are always keen to ensure that you make the most of your holiday time. We leave lots of information at the property with ideas for days out etc. ........ we try to send free CORNWALL brochures in the post, with great ideas for days out etc ........

We ensure that our properties are beautifully presented, always lovely and clean, all beds made up for your arrival.

ALL BEDS WILL NORMALLY BE MADE UP FOR 4 GUESTS -- we can also provide bunk beds made up for an extra 2 guests when needed ........ so this property can sleep up to 6 guests - please let us know if you are bringing an extra 2 guests.

Please bring your own towels.

WIFI is available at the property.

We can take a booking for 1 dog at certain times, our cleaning company does make an additional charge for this. Please mention this before booking ---- as this is not always possible. There are certain conditions when bringing a dog.

We can accept 1 pet at certain times. Please contact us before booking as this is not always possible. There are certain conditions -- my cleaning company does extra vacuuming and cleaning after a pet, incase we have guests with allergies. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CONTACT US BEFORE BOOKING ... as this is not always possible -- there is the £45 fee for this as our cleaning company has to do extra vacuuming etc .......

Fantastic week

We all loved the location of the property! SOOO close to beach!!!!!! The pool was also a massive hit with the kids! This place is a must for a perfect family get away....the dog loved it too xxx

Why can't I call Jane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
