The Auld Farmhouse is part of a 250 years property which was built in the time of Scotland's most famous poet Robert Burns. When originally built is was part of the milking parlour and milkmaids quarters.
The property has been tastefully modernised with quality double glazing and tastefully furnished and decorated to retain the traditional character.
Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with an on-suite shower, and a second bedroom containing two single beds. The third or family bedroom is downstairs making it ideal for both elderly or disabled. It contains a king size double bed and a single with on-suite wc, wash hand basin and shower. A seperate wc with wash hand basin is accessed off the entrance hall.
The dining room is a large 'L' shaped lounge and contains an 8 seater and a 4 seater table, with a freeview TV and games consul.
There is a large well equipted kitchen with double oven, hob, 2 microwaves, 2 kettles & 2 x toasters. A breakfast bar and soft seating with double patio doors leading out to the landscaped courtyard.
Cot and high chair are available by prior notice at time of booking.
