MAZET EN PROVENCE is an exceptionnal holiday resort in Provence. It is ideally situated at the very foot of the famous MONT VENTOUX, in the heart of COMTAT VENAISSIN with its beautiful cities and unmissable FESTIVALS as Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Avignon...

MAZET EN PROVENCE is still the perfect starting point for hikings, or for a fantastic ride (mountainbike or cycling tours).

Viewing over Monts de Vaucluse/ Mont Ventoux and LUBERON mountains, an amazing path going through an authentical Provence scenary with vineyards and olive fields leads to the village.

Our MAZET lays on its private 1 acre Côtes du Ventoux vineyards and is ideally doted with a beautiful garden with a large pool and a jacuzzi where you can just relax.

It is the ideal place for a lovers retreat, a honeymoon getaway, or nature lovers .

Details inside : The Mazet is entered directly through double glass fronted doors with secure shutters.

Here you enter into the compact tasteful Provence coloured kitchen with dining seating for 2. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, two hubs, and a microwave. There is a washing machine too. It is opened to an outside terrace with dining table, suitably shades for eating out, and comfortable seatings for 4.

On the left side, is a door leading into the shower room with tiled floor and walls, equipped with a shower, a washbasin and WC.

To the back right is a steep flight of steps, which goes up to the double bedroom with windows on 3 sides, creating panoramic views to the gardens and the swimming pool and doted with good flow of air.

The house is intimate and well decorated using tiles, and decorative materials of the region with taste and care bringing out the joys of living in Provence. -

The Outside

Outside is a dining lounging area, to entertain, have an intimate meal, enjoy morning, noon or night coffee, or more typically, a local wine. There is a good sized stone barbecue.

A lovely path meanders the swimming pool, with unlimited and private use, the perfect place to cool away the heat of summer days. The pool is not overlooked and offers a stunning view over to the vineyards and olive fields.

On a terrace viewing over to the village is a jaccuzi, the perfect place to relax.

A table tennis is provided. The property is also doted with a special “pétanque” field which is part of our living.

There are loungers round the secured pool.

The garden provides ideal balances of light and shade, and particularly unforgettable sunsets.
