Just 12 minutes’ drive from the beautiful beaches of Mazarron, Villa Olive is the perfect place to relax and unwind, making the most of local attractions, events and amenities, when you feel like using them. The stunning dinning terrace offers a BBQ and seating for 6, the perfect way to relax around the pool in the evening. Mazzaron, Cartegena, Bolnuevo and Totana are all local to Villa Olive and each offer something quite unique. Whether you’re looking for water sports, good food or Roman architecture, you’ll be sure to find it all here.

The Villa offers two double beds and two singles across its 3 rooms. The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinning, cooking and tableware. The electric fan oven and hob can be used at your convenience. The bright and airy living room offers English TV, Sports, Movies and much more. Iron, Iron board, and a hair dryer are also available for your convenience.

Looking to play golf?

Camposol Club de Golf is situated on Urbanisation Camposol near the town of Mazarron in the region of Murcia.

Formally known as Sensol Golf, the course was acquired in 2013 by Mazarron Entertainments SL. A major program of refurbishment has taken place over the past 12 months and Camposol Club de Golf can now proudly present itself as one of the best, most competitively priced and visually attractive courses in the Murcia region.

The course is 18 holes par 72 5895 metres (6500 yds) designed by Don Manuel Quesada Mendiola. Open to members and non-members alike, the course was originally opened in 2004 the course has matured well with attractive lakes, olive groves desert areas and palm trees to add interest.

The Club House

The large attractively designed Club House, open to all from 8am to late, features an excellent restaurant, substantial bar and private function room. The large terrace area has some of the best views in the region of Murcia and there is a large shaded outside BBQ dining space.

Airports, Car Rental and Transfers

Villa Olive is 30mins from Murcia International Airport and 75mins from Alicante. There are a number of UK and European Airlines that fly to these airports. Some include; Easy Jet, Ryan Air, Flybe & BA. If you like driving, why not combine the trip with a stay in the Capital, Madrid. Flying to Madrid can be more cost effective and you will find lots of flight options. Pick up your rental car, drive into the city for the day, or stay a night, then, when you’re ready, take the 4hr drive to Villa Olive.

The cheapest car hire can be achieved with online agents. Typically, a week's rental for a small 5 seat vehicle will cost between £14 & £70 depending on the time of year. Booking early is always an excellent idea. Taxis are available at the Airports, but can be costly. Car hire is essential given the proximity to airports, beaches and other attractions.

All guests will be provided with a contact number and meeting point to the collect keys. A full onsite tour will be provided during handover, and an agent is available throughout your stay. All laundry is provided and cleaning taken care of. Mid-term laundry changes can be arranged with the agent upon arrival, and at your cost.

Why can't I call Benjamin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Benjamin (the owner) a message.

If Benjamin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
