From the owner

Ocean front at Quintas del Mar on Cerritos beach a few minutes north of El Cid Marina and the Golden Zone. All units are privately owned. There are no timeshares.

Our unit on the 7th floor features 1 bedroom with king size bed and private bath with tub and shower, den has additional sleeping for 2, main bath with walkin shower, ocean views from the veranda, living room, den and master bedroom.

Unit is fully air conditioned. Kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs and features full size appliances. There are 2 TV's one in the den and one in the master both on satellite. Laundry room has washer and dryer.

The ocean front pool features the large main pool, 2 shallow pools, BBQ area, restroom and plenty of loungers for sun bathing. From the pool you can access the 3 1/2 miles of beautiful beach.

Our building does not have an on site restaurant but there are several within 5 -20 beach walk. 3 small markets are also within 10-20 minute walk.

Horseback riding, jet skis, parasailing and other water sports can be found on the beach depending on the season. The waterpark is about 1/2 mle north. Fishing is available at the marina a few mintues south. Nightlife, shops and more restaurants are about 10 minutes away in the Golden Zone.

Hi Bernie & Irene, Thank you so much for the wonderful comments. Sorry to hear you had a couple of problems. It took us awhile to get use to the way electric stoves operate in Mexico. They seem to heat differently than in the US. But we will have it looked at and repaired if there is something wrong. As for the space heater I wish you would have contacted Mike & Kim they would have provided one. We strive to keep everything in good working order and ensure our quests are comfortable. If there is a problem Mike & Kim are there to take care of it. Again Thank You for the great review.Hope to have you back next year. Darrow & Diana

Why can't I call Darrow (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Darrow (the owner) a message.

If Darrow (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
