ElAriss 620 is a new 10 story, 14 private luxury condos, located on Avenida Del Mar. The main beach boulevard in Mazatlan, Mexico. This is the only condominium without a balcony overlooking the beach.

The prime location is within walking distance from the local markets, restaurants, venues, and the historic ElCentro. Enjoy Sabichi and fresh sea food at one of the beach Palapas located in front of the building.

The roof top clubhouse and the lap pool have exceptional Panoramic view of the Puerto Viejo Bay with the preserved three islands. Water sports including paragliding, swimming, buggy boarding are only steps from the building.

ElAriss 620 is a beach front 10 story luxury building. It has 14 privately owned condominiums. These are fully furnished condominiums and offer the comfort of home..
We maintain a professional and respectful environment by all the neighbors. Accordingly, we do not allow loud parties in the units or abuse of the common areas.
All guests must clean the sand from the beach prior to entering the building. Towels are for the use of drying the body and should not be used for mopping the floors.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sam (the owner) a message.

If Sam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
