New, modern resort 20 mins from Larnaca Airport. 1 bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and balcony with beautiful views over the fields and sea. Hairdryer. Safe. Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower over. Lounge with two sets of doors onto terrace. Free WiFi available. Flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, selection of English DVDs. Two modern black leather sofas (one is a sofabed) and leather swivel chair. Modern, smart accessories.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, cooker hood, toaster, kettle, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. Iron and ironing board. Air conditioning units in lounge and bedroom. Linen and towels provided. Weekly cleaning and linen change (mid cleans also available). Takeaway service available at reasonable cost. This is a no smoking property but smokers are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace or balcony.

We can arrange airport pick-up and drop off, tours, local taxis, a welcome pack of food, fresh flowers, wine, extra cleaning and laundry. Please ask if there's anything you want arranged and we'll do our very best to accommodate you. We aim to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.

Resort has an outdoor pool, sun loungers, snack bar and small gym. There is a children's playground. Plenty of parking space. A car is recommended to take advantage of all that Cyprus has to offer. Towns/cities easily accessible. Plenty to do and visit in Cyprus for all the family.

Two nice sandy beaches just a few minutes drive away with sun loungers, umbrellas and bar. Beach bars have evening beach parties.

The Camel Park is just down the road and offers hours of fun for children and adults with a pool, animals, gardens and a restaurant. There are both natural and sandy beaches in Cyprus. Nice restaurants in Pervolia and Kiti. Mazotos village offers 3 supermarkets and several bars and coffee shops. You can be as chilled or energetic as you please with all Cyprus has to offer.

Why can't I call Geraldine (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Geraldine (the owner) a message.

If Geraldine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
