Our beautiful Villa operates both as a B&B ($US109 per night per room/dual occupancy) and a 'Full Villa Rental' $US599 per night/12 guests and additional adult guests $US19 per night each. Extra child guests charged $US13 per night from 4 to 12 years)) and is located on scenic Cucukan Beach with magnificent views of the ocean, islands, volcanos and coastline. We have wonderful staff including two excellent Balinese cooks. Our beachfront pool is 18m and perfect for morning laps or just relaxing in. There are several relaxing areas around the villa. Our beach is safe for swimming (during normal sea/weather conditions) and 80m an excellent surf break. The famous Bali Safari and Marine Park is walking distance from our Villa Puri Purnama. The very popular Komune Beach Club is walking distance along the beach as is the new 5-star hotel Rumah Luwih is closeby (great for sunset cocktails). Our beautiful villa is near many of Bali's most famous towns including Sanur, Klungkung and Ubud, sightseeing areas and adventure activities (including whitewater rafting, volcano bicycling, culinary expeditions, traditional markets, fishing, surfing and many more). Our villa is in a traditional Balinese village where you can experience, first-hand, the daily lives of Balinese people. Enjoy your vacation in 'Real Bali'. Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to write this lovely review. Yes, we have been experiencing rather strange weather with a lot of rain and high seas. Normally, this time of the year the wether is dry and cooler. The beach in front of our villa is the most popular beach in the area because it is generally the safest beach for children for miles around. Access to the many seafood eateries at Pantai Lebih fishing village is usually easy walking through the shallows of the river to the next beach but this year, with the unusally high tides, one has to choose the time to walk to Pantai Lebih. We very much look forward to your return so that we can offer you our 'repeat guest discount'. Once again, thank you for staying with us and for your lovely review. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
