This is a stylish three bed apartment, which is situated in a small closed condominium development with 24 hour security, a beautiful pool, as well as a children's pool, play area and mini golf. There is also a restaurant on site. This apartment is in an excellent location close to the marina and Meia Praia beach and only a 10 minute stroll into Lagos town. The apartment boasts a fully fitted kitchen, a TV in the lounge with a CD/DVD player. There is a built-in BBQ on the large terrace which also has table and chairs for that all important al fresco eating. There is air conditioning fitted throughout the apartment and two twin bedrooms which share a shower room and a double bed in the master bedroom with a full bathroom en suite. The historic town of Lagos is a stroll across the bridge where you will find numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment would make an ideal holiday location for those who do not wish to drive as once here, all is close by, so transport would not be necessary. Changeover day is flexible. If you want to stay in contact with family or work, then you can avail of the free internet in the Apartment or Reception Area. Late bookings are full payment to secure. Reduced rates are available for long term visits, excluding utility bills. The apartment can sleep six adults very comfortably and as mentioned 7 people can be accommodated by using the large sofa or camp bed. There is one bathroom and one en-suite in the property. Both have sinks and shower facilities, there is a bath and bidet in the en-suite.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and all that is needed for self catering. There is also a BBQ on the balcony. Cleaning and laundry will be carried out once a week. Bath towels are provided, but we ask that guests bring their own beach towels. Wi-Fi installed in Apartment. Side Gate - Exit to Beach.

Crazy Golf, Children's Play Area, Poolside Bar and Matilde Restaurant are all at your doorstep. Matilde Restaurant has house specials of Steak on the Stone, or Prawns on the Stone. It also caters for the younger customer with Burgers and Pizzas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ulrich (the owner) a message.

If Ulrich (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
