Location and Description: 15 minutes from Bourg-en-Bresse and 10 km from the junction of the A39, A40 and A42, our detached cottage, old vineyard with 2 gardens offers for 2 people, and just for you: - a large upstairs room of 30 m2 with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. - On the ground floor, a kitchen opening onto a bright living room of the same size! More than 60 m2 only for you! - Entrance and parking and private. For your comfort: refrigerator, washing machine, complete and modern facilities to cook at home. Library, TV, radio, DVD, Internet / WIFI. free access to our Moorish patio (where can be served breakfast) and in our flower gardens and trees where you will find sun loungers, hammock, tables, chairs and benches near the pond lily. Services and leisure: all amenities on site or within 3km. In the village: - 2 restaurants and a grocery store - Forest converted - Museum and Garden Conservatory Revermont - Direct access to all the hiking trails or cycling and mountain biking (bike rental cottage and graceful loan guides and maps ). And again: Our beautiful villages of Revermont, the Ornithological Park of Dombes, the Royal Monastery of Brou, Cerdon Caves, the Wine Route du Jura ........ How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Rose-marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
