The Space

The entire studio apartment is yours to enjoy 100%. Comfortable modern amenities including Microwave, Fridge, utensils (cooking and eating), kettle, toaster and kitchenette for your use. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and shower amenities. Enjoy a peaceful night sleep in the luxurious King Single bed, complete with linen and towels. Coin operated Laundries and Dryers are also available in the building.
Tucked away in a welcome and relaxing space. It comfortably fits one and is centrally located to many City Spots, enjoy Melbourne in your own style with a fully equipped Kitchenette and with Free Public Transport at your finger tips.
Numerous Public Transport options at your doorstep to make it that much easier. Best of all take advantage of Melbourne's FREE Tram Zone (less than 10mins walk) within walking distance. It's also walking distance to many of Melbourne's bars, cafes, shopping and great tourist spots.
- 3 min Tram to CBD (5 mins walk to Free Tram Zone).
- 5 mins walk to Queen Vic
- 5 mins walk to Uni of Melb
- 10 mins walk to Lygon St (Little Italy of Melbourne)
- 10 mins walk to Melbourne Museum
- 15 mins walk to Melbourne Central and RMIT University
- 20 min Taxi ride from the Airport.
Everything you need and more is close by.
Guest Access
The whole place is yours, respect it as you would your own and feel comfortable as you would with your own. The apartment has a secure access swipe entry, so feel safe in your own apartment.
With that in mind please respect any house rules I have in place.
Interaction with Guests
I will interact via email, and send you information. I will be available if you need anything but I like to allow guests their space for autonomous decisions.
The Neighbourhood
I love Melbourne! In North Melbourne you can find awesome coffee, amazing brunch and one of the best food markets in the world at your fingertips with Queen Victoria Market. It's great place to explore and discover how multi-cultural and open Australia can be. North Melbourne is perfect for being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle but just tucked away enough to find some private space. You'll definitely find something to do!
Getting Around
Trams at the doorstep, including the FREE Tram Zone, less than a 10 min walk away. Most places are an easy walking distance. Or perhaps rent one of the amazing Melbourne City bikes and bike around.
Other Things to Note
- Help yourself to Complimentary Tea and Coffee.
- No TV!
- Please water my plant on the balcony.
- Wifi is accessible, but I have a strict download limit (so please respect it) emails and browsing only. (refer to the house rules)
- For long stays an extra cleaning service is provided to keep you feeling refreshed and replenished.
- Check in at 10am, Check out at 11am (I'm flexible on request depending on circumstances, so please ask if you need other times! I will try my best but it's not guaranteed.)
HOUSE RULES---
- No smoking or pets inside, you can smoke outside on the terrace.
- No parties -please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
- When cooking please use the exhaust fan by pulling out the silver tray above the unit.
- There is a strict download limit on the wifi, please be considerate of future guests and use it for light browsing and emails. If usage exceeds more than 30% of normal usage (compared to monthly average) a $30 fee will be charged to ensure continued usage from the security deposit.
- Please don't lose the key swipe and key, a $250 fee will be charged if you do, it's a lot of paperwork and the key is from one master locksmith only.
- Please don't remove extra toiletries (amenities, toilet paper etc) or towels for future guests use without asking. For long stays I will always try to provide a change, and if you do need more please ask! I am more than happy to accommodate.
- Please take out the rubbish regularly to the apartment rubbish bin and wash your dishes when you leave. Please try to leave it as tidy you can, and help me out by removing the pillow sheet and bed sheets off the bed and placing in the centre of the bed.
