On the southern side of the house there is a gazebo (with view on the pool area), it's equipped with table and chairs for 6. There are nearby two barbecue at disposition. Wi-fi internet connection available. In the village of Melezzole there are a small supermarket, bakery, butcher and bar. In the villages of Castel dell'Aquila (9 km away) and Avigliano Umbro (13 km) there are other supermarkets, pharmacy and other shops available. The nearest restaurant (Semiramide) is 1.5 km away. The road is fully asphalted until the house.
